Pneumatic Testing
Leak/Tightness Testing of Piping, Skids & Headers (Nitrogen/Dry-Air Method)
Overview
We perform pneumatic leak/tightness testing on hydrogen lines, mixed-gas headers, and associated skids where a dry integrity test is specified. The procedure uses nitrogen or dry air with staged pressurization, defined hold periods, calibrated instrumentation and documented acceptance, mirroring the approach used by established Indian testing providers for pre-commissioning/commissioning.

- Process and utility headers, PRS outlets, manifolded hydrogen lines and on-site piping sections
- Tie-ins around cascades/manifolds where dry testing is preferred before start-up
